6.2 Introduce for First Reading an Uncodified Ordinance Extending Certain Land Use Related Deadlines for Entitlements Granted in Compliance with Title 17 (Zoning Code) And Finding the Ordinance Not Subject to the California Environmental Quality Act. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council introduce an Ordinance for first reading entitled, “AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER, CALIFORNIA, EXTENDING CERTAIN LAND USE RELATED DEADLINES FOR ENTITLEMENTS GRANTED IN COMPLIANCE WITH TITLE 17 (ZONING CODE) AND FINDING THE ORDINANCE NOT SUBJECT TO THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT,” read by title only and waive further reading.
