Item No. 23. 2023-0676 CONSIDER APPROVING AMENDMENT NO.1 WITH DCMC, LLC TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE AGREEMENT TO SEPTEMBER 20, 2024, TO ASSIST THE CITY WITH FEMA PROJECTS FOR COST RECOVERY INCURRED DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC (CITY COUNCIL) Recommendation: TAKE the following actions: 1. APPROVE the Amendment No. 1 of the Agreement with DCMC, LLC to extend the Agreement to September 20, 2024. 2.
