3.5 Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance No. 2607, an Uncodified Ordinance Extending Certain Land Use Related Deadlines for Entitlements Granted in Compliance with Title 17 (Zoning Code) and Finding the Ordinance Not Subject to the California Environmental Quality Act. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council conduct a second reading and adopt Ordinance No. 2607 entitled, “AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER, CALIFORNIA, EXTENDING CERTAIN LAND USE RELATED DEADLINES FOR ENTITLEMENTS GRANTED IN COMPLIANCE WITH TITLE 17 (ZONING CODE) AND FINDING THE ORDINANCE NOT SUBJECT TO THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT,” read by title only and waive further reading.
