F. CONTRACT AWARD - COASTAL ADMINISTRATOR SERVICES Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 23-105, which will: 1. Award a professional services agreement to Summit Environmental Group, Inc. for contract Coastal Administrator services. 2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C23- 56, by and between the City of San Clemente and Summit Environmental Group, Inc., providing for contract Coastal Administrator services, for a term of three (3) years in an amount not to exceed $165,000 annually.
