5.4 Approval of a Five-Year Custody Officer Services Agreement in Fiscal Year 2023- 2024. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council approve a five- year contract with Allied Universal Security Services for custody officer services in an amount not to exceed $1,945,153.28 over the five-year contract term and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
