3-H. THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT 2241-A WITH VALLEY MAINTENANCE CORP. It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Authorizing the Interim City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3 to Agreement 2241-A with Valley Maintenance Corp., in a form approved by the City Attorney, to add one additional service day for the Bruggemeyer Library in the amount of $12,648; (2) Approving an additional appropriation of $30,000 to the Building Maintenance Fund (506) for janitorial services and supplies; and (3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
