16. APPROVE SOFTWARE AGREEMENT WITH DARKTRACE FOR CYBERSECURITY SOFTWARE SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve a software agreement with Darktrace Limited (Darktrace) in an amount that shall not exceed $192,800 over a four (4) year term to provide cybersecurity services; and 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
