Program (STEP) reimbursable grant (#PT24218), and authorize the Acting City Manager and staff designees to execute all grant related documents, in such form as approved by the City Attorney; and 2. Adopt the attached resolution authorizing the necessary budget amendments: RESOLUTION NO. 2023-78 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2023 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2024 (2023-2024 OFFICE OF TRAFFIC SAFETY GRANT) PUBLIC SERVICES 8) CONSIDERATION OF A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY (LACMTA) FOR COLLECTING AND REPORTING DATA FOR THE NATIONAL TRANSIT DATABASE It is recommended that the City Council authorize the Acting City Manager to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) for collecting and reporting data for the National Transit Database (NTD), in substantially the form as attached and in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.
