5) CONSIDERATION OF FLOCK SAFETY AUTOMATED LICENSE PLATE READER (ALPR) CAMERA SYSTEM LEASE It is recommended that the City Council authorize the Acting City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement with Flock Group, Inc. for automatic license plate detection, in an amount of $375,000 over five years, in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.
