3-J. PROPOSITION A DISCRETIONARY INCENTIVE GRANT PROGRAM MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Authorizing the Interim City Manager to execute a Memorandum of Understanding, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority to receive Proposition A Discretionary Incentive grant program revenue in the amount of $118,942 for FY 2023-24; (2) Appropriating anticipated revenue of $118,942 to Prop A Fund 238; and (3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
