5.1 Continued from the October 11, 2023 Regular Meeting - City Council Appointment to the Westminster Community Foundation. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council appoint one member (Councilwoman Phan West’s appointee) to the Westminster Community Foundation to fill the unscheduled vacancy for a term ending January 2026.
