6. FISCAL YEAR 2023-24 FIRST QUARTER BUDGET REPORT RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Receive and file this agenda report and presentation on the Fiscal Year 2023-24 First Quarter Budget Report; and, 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
