13. AMEND THE FISCAL YEAR 2023-24 TRANSIT CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET FOR VARIOUS PROJECTS RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Amend the Transportation Department Capital Improvement Program (CIP) budget for Fiscal Year 2023- 24 by increasing appropriations in the various accounts as detailed on Attachment A in the total amount of $10,790,471; and 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
