NOTICE OF COMPLETION – VARIOUS CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Receiving and filing the Notice of Completion recorded by the Public Works Director on September 7, 2023 accepting various sewer projects completed by GRBCON, Inc; and (2) Receiving and filing the Notice of Completion recorded by the Public Works Director on October 5, 2023 accepting the Slurry Seal Project (Year 2) completed by Onyx Paving Company, Inc; (3) Receiving and filing the Notice of Completion recorded by the Public Works Director on October 11, 2023 accepting the Street Rehabilitation at Various Locations Project (Year 1) completed by All American Asphalt, Inc.; (4) Receiving and filing the Notice of Completion recorded by the Public Works Director on October 11, 2023 accepting the Garfield Ave Traffic Signal Improvements project completed by PTM General Engineering Services, Inc; (5) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
