Approval of Letter of Authorization to Allow the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments (SGVCOG) to Apply for Round Two of the Local Assistance Grant Program from CalRecycle It is recommended that the City Council authorize the Mayor to sign a Letter of Authorization (LOA) to provide to the SGVCOG to submit a regional application for the Round Two 1383 Local Assistance Grant Program.
