H. CONTRACT AWARD - AQUATIC CENTER MAIN POOL REPLASTER Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 23-127, which will: 1. Award the Aquatic Center Main Pool Replaster, CIP Project No. 12808, construction contract to Condor, Inc. as the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. 2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C23- 65, by and between the City of San Clemente and Condor, Inc., providing for the Aquatic Center Main Pool Replaster, in an amount not to exceed $616,000, in a form substantially similar to Contract No. C23-65 (Attachment 3). 3. Approve a 19% construction contingency of $117,000.
