B. CONTINUATION OF PUBLIC HEARING - COMMERCIAL AND RECREATIONAL VEHICLE PARKING ORDINANCE A Public Hearing for the City Council to consider a recommendation of the Public Safety Committee to adopt a proposed ordinance to amend various provisions of Title 10, Vehicles and Traffic, of the San Clemente Municipal Code (“SCMC”) to modify regulations related to the parking of commercial, recreational, and oversize vehicles on public property, including streets. This ordinance is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) because the amendments do not constitute a “project” as defined by the State CEQA Guidelines (Cal. Code Regs., Title 14, § 15000 et seq.). Staff Recommendation Continue the Public Hearing to the Regular City Council meeting of December 5, 2023.
