13. Agreement between the City of Hawthorne and the Regional Integration of Intelligent Transportation Systems (RIITS) for the NextGen Countywide Signal Priority (CSP) Upgrade and Expansion and the I-105/I-405 Integrated Corridor Management (ICM) Project. RECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council approve the agreement with Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation (Metro) to exchange infrastructure and operational resources and authorize the City Manager or his designee to enter into and execute this agreement.
