4-A. PUBLIC HEARING TO APPROVE THE 2023 ANNUAL REPORT AND THE LEVY OF ASSESSMENTS FOR DOWNTOWN BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 FOR PROGRAM YEAR 2024. It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Opening the public hearing, receiving both written and oral comments, and closing the public hearing; and (2) Adopting the resolution confirming the 2023 Annual Report and the levy of assessments for Business Improvement District No. 1 for program year 2024; and (3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
