U. PURCHASE OF A HYDRO-EXCAVATOR AND AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $721,618 Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 23-146, which will: 1. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C23-71, by and between the City of San Clemente and Plumbers Depot, Inc., providing for a 2023 VHX42 Hydro-Excavator Unit, in the amount of $721,617.03. 2. Authorize a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $721,618 to the Fleet Automotive Account #065-824-45600 from the Water Fund balance .
