P. NOTICE OF COMPLETION - CALLE REAL WATERLINE IMPROVEMENTS, AND APPROVE A CONTINGENCY INCREASE IN THE AMOUNT OF $30,412 Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 23-141, which will: 1. Accept the Calle Real Waterline Improvements, CIP Project No. 19516, from Diamond Construction & Design. 2. Approve an increase to the project contingency in the amount of $30,412. 3. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to execute and record the Notice of Completion for the completed Calle Real Waterline Improvements. 4. Authorize the City Clerk to release the Payment Bond 35 days from the recordation of the Notice of Completion upon verification with the Engineering Division that no liens have been levied against the Contractor, Diamond Construction & Design.
