O. NOTICE OF COMPLETION - EMERGENCY RESERVOIR 13 ISOLATION VALVE REPLACEMENT Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 23-140, which will: 1. Accept Reservoir 13 Isolation Valve Replacement, Project No. 24405 from the Contractor, O’Connell Engineering & Construction as complete. 2. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to execute and record the Notice of Completion for the completed Reservoir 13 Isolation Valve Replacement project. 3. Authorize the City Clerk to release the Payment Bond 35 days from the recordation of the Notice of Completion upon verification with the Engineering Division that no liens have been levied against the Contractor, O’Connell Engineering & Construction.
