8.c RESOLUTION NO. 2023-105 APPROVING AND ADOPTING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH KEENAN & ASSOCIATES FOR EMPLOYEE BENEFITS BROKER OF RECORD SERVICES. (0520-50) Recommendation: Staff recommends approval of Resolution No. 2023-105 that would authorize the City Manager or designee to execute a three (3) year Professional Services Agreement with Keenan & Associates for Employee Benefits Broker of Record services and waive the bid requirements under section 3.04.10, sections f and g, contracts for professional services under the Imperial Beach Municipal Code.
