3-J. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT 2360-A WITH TOWNSEND PUBLIC AFFAIRS It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Authorizing the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to Agreement 2360-A with Townsend Public Affairs Inc., in a form approved by the City Attorney; to provide legislative advocacy and grant writing for an amount not to exceed $90,000; and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
