Approve an increase in contract contingency from 10% to 15% for Act 1 Construction, Inc. for the Diversity Plaza – Creekside Park Improvement Project. 2. Authorize staff to issue change orders not to exceed 15% of the contract award amount ($254,971.35) to Act 1 Construction.
