7) CONSIDERATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK FOR CITYWIDE PEDESTRIAN & VEHICLE TRAFFIC SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS FY 22-23 - PROJECT NO. 23027 It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1. Accept the work performed by Superior Pavement Markings, Inc. for the Citywide Pedestrian and Vehicle Safety Improvements FY 22-23 (Project No. 23027) with a final contract amount of $254,347.87; 2. Authorize the Acting City Manager and Assistant City Clerk to execute the Notice of Completion and file the Notice of Completion with the County of Los Angeles Registrar-Recorder; and 3. Authorize the Acting City Manager to release a retention funds once appropriate. FINANCE DEPARTMENT
