3-E. ACCEPTANCE OF SGVMWD GRANT FOR THE LIFE LINE PROGRAM It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Accepting grant funding in the amount of $50,000 from the San Gabriel Valley Municipal Water District (SGVMWD) for water bill assistance to low income residents; (2) Authorizing the City Manager to execute the Grant Agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with SGVMWD for this grant program; (3) Authorizing the Finance Department to allocate $50,000 in grant funding to the FY2023- 2024 budget; and (4) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
