3-C. FY 2023-2024 MID-YEAR FINANCIAL REPORT It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Receiving and filing the FY 2023-2024 Mid-Year Financial Report; (2) Authorizing the increase of Committed Catastrophic-Event by $500,000 from $5.34 million to $5.84 million; (3) Authorizing an additional budget appropriation of $669,550 from various funds; and (4) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
