9. Award of Contract to HdL for Business License Processing Recommendation: That the City Council: 1. Award contract to Hinderliter de Llamas and Associates (HdL) for business license processes; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement for a not-to-exceed amount of $45,000 with HdL in the form attached, and in such final form as approved by the City Attorney; and 3. Authorize Staff to issue a purchase order to Hinderliter de Llamas Software in the amount of $45,000 for business license services.
