7. FISCAL YEAR 2023-24 SECOND QUARTER BUDGET REPORT RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Receive and file this agenda report and the presentation on the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Second Quarter Budget Report; and, 2. Amend the Master Position Control to Add One (1.0) Community Services Coordinator and One (1.0) Recreation Supervisor Full-Time Equivalent to the Parks and Recreation Department (Attachment C); and, 3. Amend the Fiscal Year 2023-24 budget in the amounts and in the accounts listed in Attachment D; and, 4. Take whatever additional actions necessary.
