3-F. LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH THE SALVATION ARMY FOR USE OF SPACE AT THE CITY’S COMMUNITY CLEAN-UP EVENTS It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Authorizing the City Manager to renew License Agreement 2355-AD with the Salvation Army, in a form approved by the City Attorney to utilize space within the City’s Community Clean-up events to collect unwanted items from the public; and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
