3-C. AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT NO. (“PSA”) 2303-AB FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES RELATED TO INDUSTRIAL WASTE, AND FATS, OILS AND GREASE (“FOG”) MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL PROGRAMS It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Second Amendment to Agreement 2303-AB with John L. Hunter & Associates for Industrial Waste and FOG Management and Control Program Assistance, in a form approved by the City Attorney; and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
