7) CONSIDERATION OF EXTENSION TO THE AGREEMENT WITH LOS ANGELES CENTERS FOR ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSE (LA CADA) FOR HOMELESS SERVICES It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve a four-year extension to the agreement with the Los Angeles Centers for Alcohol and Drug Abuse (LA CADA). 2.
