CONTRACT AMENDMENT - APPOINTING AUDITOR AND APPROVING AUDIT SERVICES Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 24-52, which will: Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. C18-23, by and between the City of San Clemente and Lance, Stoll, & Lunghard, LLP., providing for audit services for a one-year term, in an amount not to exceed $35,290.
