H. Consideration and possible action to approve Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Ardurra Group, Inc. for Citywide telecommunication permit processing services. (Mesker) Recommendation: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the professional services agreement with Ardurra Group, Inc., which increases the not-to-exceed contract amount by $99,800 from $25,000 to $124,800 for Citywide telecommunications permit services and allows services to continue beyond April 16, 2024, to January 31, 2025; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Amendment No. 1, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
