15. American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Grant Updates on Appropriations, Expenditures, and Available Balances It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve or make changes to the ARPA updated allocation, and 2. Add new programs or projects to the remaining unappropriated balance, and 3. Authorize the Director of Finance to set up account #s for appropriation to the new programs and projects and make necessary budget amendments.
