4.5 SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH HARTZOG & CRABILL, INC. FOR ON-CALL TRAFFIC ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL OPERATIONS Recommended Action: 1. Approve a second amendment to the agreement with Hartzog & Crabill, Inc. (HCI) to perform traffic engineering services for traffic signal operations that renews the agreement for an additional one-year term and increases the total compensation under the agreement by $35,000 for a total agreement amount of $140,000; and 2.
