5) PROPOSED FISCAL YEAR 2024-25 OPERATING AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET It is recommended that City Council: 1. Receive and file the Proposed Fiscal Year 2024-25 Operating and Capital Improvement Program Budget; 2. Direct that the proposed budget be publicly disseminated, including at community budget workshops on May 8, 2024 and May 13, 2024; and 3. Schedule the budget for consideration at the June 4, 2024 City Council meeting.
