9) CONSIDERATION OF 2023 UPDATE TO THE PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1. Receive and file the Updated 2023 Pavement Management Program; and 2. Provide direction regarding whether to implement budget scenario 2 for the 5-year pavement program for a total budget of approximately $25.5 million over 5 years, or budget scenario 3 for the 5-year pavement program for a total budget of approximately $28.8 million over 5 years; and 3. Direct the City Manager to implement the plan.
