SIXTH AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MICHAEL BAKER INTERNATIONAL FOR PREPARATION OF THE VICTORIA BOULEVARD SPECIFIC PLAN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute the contract amendment with Michael Baker International – Sixth Amendment to Agreement for additional funding.
