4.4 FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH GREAT SCOTT TREE SERVICES, INC. FOR TREE MAINTENANCE SERVICES Recommended Action: 1. Approve a first amendment to the agreement with Great Scott Tree Services, Inc. to perform tree maintenance services that renews the agreement for an additional two-year term, increases the total compensation under the agreement by $50,000.00, and amends the contractor compensation rates; and 2.
