4.6 SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH SCA OF CA, LLC FOR STREET SWEEPING SERVICES Recommended Action: 1. Approve a second amendment to the agreement SCA of CA, LLC to perform street sweeping services that renews the agreement for an additional one-year term and increases the total compensation under the agreement by $115,000 for a total agreement amount of $500,000; and 2.
