4.7 FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH GMU GEOTECHNICAL, INC. FOR ON-CALL GEOTECHNICAL AND MATERIAL TESTING SERVICES Recommended Action: 1. Approve a first amendment to the agreement with GMU Geotechnical, Inc. (GMU) to perform geotechnical and materials testing services that renews the agreement for an additional one-year term and increases the total compensation under the agreement by $50,000 for a total agreement amount of $250,000; and 2.
