G. Consideration and possible action to award professional services agreements for pre-qualified on-call civil engineering professional services. (Sunwoo) Recommendation: 1) Award professional services agreements to BKF Engineers; Harris & Associates; NV5, Inc; and Tait & Associates for on-call general civil engineering professional services on an as-needed basis for three-year terms, with additional optional three-year term extensions, in an amount not to exceed $500,000 for each contract, subject to City Council approved appropriated project budgets; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the contracts, in forms approved by the City Attorney.
