C. Consideration and possible action to approve a professional services agreement with Brightview Landscaping for trail vegetation clearing services. (Lozano) Recommendation: 1) Approve a professional services agreement with Brightview Landscaping for trail vegetation clearing services in an amount not to exceed $27,000 to be completed by June 30, 2024; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement in a form approved the City Attorney.
