3-C. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AMENDMENTS FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT AND HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS PROGRAM SERVICES It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to professional services agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney, to provide Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home Improvement Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) services with Priscila Davila & Associates for an amount not to exceed $285,545 and HP Housing Programs for an amount not to exceed $345,000 over a 3-year period; and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
