Adoption of Resolution No. 2024-015 "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, California, Approving the Engineer's Report for the Citywide Park Maintenance Assessment District for FY 2024-2025, Declaring the Intent to Levy and Collect Assessments, and Setting a Time and Place for a Public Hearing" It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 2024-015 entitled, “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, California, Approving the Engineer’s Report for the Citywide Park Maintenance Assessment District for FY 2024 -2025, Declaring the Intent to Levy and Collect Assessments and Setting a Time and Place for a Public Hearing.” 2. Authorize the Director of Public Works to process payment for Community Economic Solutions, Inc. in an amount not-to-exceed $4,500.00 for preparation of the Engineer’s Report
