8. Accept Construction Improvements and Authorize the Filing of a Notice of Completion for City Project, CIP 21-199 Traffic Signal Improvements at Vineland and Merced Avenue It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Accept the construction improvements by Elecnor Belco Electric, Inc of Chino, CA and authorize the recordation of a Notice of Completion for City Project No. CIP 21-199 – Traffic Signal Improvements at Vineland and Merced Avenue; and 2. Authorize the release of retention funds in the amount of up to $26,190.34 to Elecnor Belco Electric upon the expiration of 35-day notice period.
