3.5 Award of Contract to EMTS, Inc. dba Elite Maintenance and Tree Services for the Parks, Civic Center, Rose Center, Miriam Warne Building, Police Department Training Facility, Corporation Yard, Greenbelt, and Well Site Landscape Maintenance/Service Agreement. RECOMMENDATION: A. Approve the award of contract, in the amount of $297,207.72, to the lowest and responsible bidder, EMTS, Inc. dba Elite Maintenance and Tree Services, and that all other bids be rejected; and B. Approve an additional 10%, in the amount of $29,720.77 for unforeseen items as needed; and C. Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney. END OF CONSENT CALENDAR
