M. CONTRACT AWARD - TROLLEY OPERATION SERVICES, IN A COMBINED AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $2,416,757.88 FOR THREE YEARS AND FINDING THE PROJECT STATUTORILY EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution 24-103, which will: 1. Find the project statutorily exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Public Resources Code section 21080(b)(10). 2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C24-33, by and between the City of San Clemente and LAZ Parking California LLC, providing for Red & Blue Line Operations, in an amount not to exceed a total of $1,871,665.80 for three years. 3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C24-34, by and between the City of San Clemente and LAZ Parking California LLC, providing for Green Line Operations in an amount not to exceed a total of $545,092.08 for three years. 4. Authorize the City Manager to execute two (2) one-year optional extensions.
